The customer is Buyla, an Ecommerce startup based out of Coimbatore, India. They empower local retailers to sell online using their platform
The Challenge
The customer wanted a platform that would allow local businesses to enroll and start selling immediately. As most of the users will be using the platform on a mobile platform, mobile apps are required. Stores should be able to run their own discounts and coupons. Delivery companies should be able to use the platform to track orders and deliver goods.
The Solution
The Spagylo Team built a cloud based platform using Node Js and Postgres for the backend. React was used in the front end to accommodate for the dynamic nature of the UI. Separate modules store facing and buyer facing modules were built. Features were provided for a chain of stores to manage all stores in its chain. An Android mobile app with barcode scanning ability was developed.

The Results
The buyla app was installed by thousands of people who wanted to buy things from their local stores online. The store owners increased their sales volume on an average by 14%. Customer Satisfaction on these stores using the platform increased by 20%.
