The Customer

Seattle Pride is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a more inclusive and equitable LGBTQIA+ community. Best known for producing Seattle’s annual Pride Parade and PrideFest, the organization also leads advocacy, education, and community programs throughout the year.

The Challenge

Seattle Pride needed a digital platform capable of supporting large-scale events, frequent content updates, and high traffic during peak Pride season. Their previous website made it difficult to manage event details, sponsor information, and community resources in a timely way.
